From performer to photographer

Sjoerd has been active in the dance scene as a dancer and a photographer since 1999. What started as a pure documentation of his own experiences in the dancing-scene, grew into a profession. For many years, Sjoerd has captured all levels which led to a complete catalogue of more than 30.000 delivered photo’s for one single purpose: to promote dance. Since his work spans over 20 years, it became very diverse. From NDT to absolute beginners, everyone is represented in his work
